I'm Chris Riding. I run Super Duper, a small software studio in New Zealand, and I play rapid chess at about 1400.

For years I reviewed every game I lost. Each review told me what went wrong in that game. None of them told me what kept going wrong in all of them.

So I built One Move: one number, a Target from the players a Band above, and a Review every Monday until it's fixed. My own first report said I win 45% of the games where I reach +2. The Band above wins 71%. I'm working on it.
